Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all BV Security electronic products include a standard 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Extended protection plans are also available for select hardware.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
